By accessing our website, placing an order, booking an event, or participating in a workshop, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms.

This document is effective from 15th January 2024 and will be updated periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. We encourage you to review them regularly. Ordering and Payment Terms

All orders placed with Blossom & Grain Provisions, whether for daily bakes, deli items, or custom requests, are subject to acceptance and confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation detailing your order and payment once it has been successfully processed.

Payment can be made via accepted credit/debit cards or bank transfer. For most orders, full payment is required at the time of order placement. For larger or custom orders, a deposit may be required, with the remaining balance due upon collection or delivery, as specified in your order confirmation.

While we strive for pricing accuracy, prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price for that order is fixed. Modifications or cancellations of orders must be requested with at least 24 hours' notice for standard items and 72 hours' notice for custom or large quantity orders. Late cancellations may incur a charge up to the full order value, depending on preparation stage. Special custom-made products require a non-refundable deposit.

Catering Service Agreements

Crafting unforgettable events with clear expectations.

Booking for our bespoke catering services requires a confirmed agreement and a non-refundable deposit, typically 50% of the estimated total, due within 7 days of booking confirmation. The final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Any changes requested after this deadline may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.

Delivery and setup details, including access requirements and timing, will be mutually agreed upon during the planning phase. We require clear access to the venue and designated setup areas. Cancellation of catering services must be communicated in writing. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be subject to the full contracted amount, as ingredients and staff will have been allocated.

In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) preventing us from fulfilling our obligations, such as extreme weather or supply chain disruptions, we will work diligently to find a suitable alternative or issue a full refund for services not rendered. Our commitment is always to your satisfaction.

Workshop and Class Participation

To secure your place in our popular culinary workshops, full payment is required upon booking. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details, including date, time, and location. We kindly request that participants arrive on time to ensure prompt commencement of the session and to make the most of the learning experience. Late arrivals may miss crucial introductory information.

For your safety and the safety of others, all participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by our instructors during the class. This includes proper handling of tools and ingredients. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Cancellations for workshop bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations within 3 days of the workshop are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment, in which case participants will be offered a full refund or transfer to another date.
